Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course commencement and are subject to review based on individual circumstances. Refunds are not available for courses that have been substantially completed or for materials that have been downloaded.

• Full refunds available within 14 days if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• Partial refunds may be considered for medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances
• Processing of approved refunds typically takes 5-10 business days
• Course transfers to future sessions may be available subject to availability and additional fees

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, moneralithuq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of our platform or services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, Ontario.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations to resolve any disagreements. This includes direct communication between the parties for at least 30 days before pursuing other remedies.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement underlying these terms at any time. Users may close their accounts by contacting our support team. moneralithuq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your access to course materials and platform features will cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.
